You could say I’ve kicked some serious goals in my career. AFL premierships. Coleman Medal wins. Tassie football Hall of Famer. Qualified chippie (Mum’s still most proud of that one).
But, to be honest, footy for me was always about more than accolades. It was about connection. Belonging. Feeling that deep sense of identity that came from being part of something bigger than yourself.
Along the way, I also learned what it means to lead. Through the wins and the losses, the highs and the heartbreaks, I saw how culture can shape performance—and how resilience, trust, and honest conversations can turn a group into a team. These are the same challenges leaders face in any best-performing environment, and they’re the lessons I carry into everything I do now.
Whether it’s helping people reconnect with culture, team, audience or self—or breaking down games on Fox Footy—I’m here to share my journey and in doing so, hopefully help others find their place and purpose in life. That’s what really fires me up and gets me out of bed each day.

Jack joined Fox Footy in 2024 as a presenter, commentator and (totally impartial) expert analyst. As part of the gig, he conducts interviews and provides special comments on Match Day. You can also catch him co-hosting On The Couch, alongside Jonathan Brown, Jordan Lewis and Nathan Buckley, as well as Super Saturday.

Authentic Leaders Group organises transformative team-building journeys in the world’s best classroom: nature. AKA the great outdoors. Co-founded in 2021 by Jack and his entrepreneurial partner in crime, Nick Randall, it’s grown into one of Australia’s most respected corporate training programs.
Culture & Impact Consultant
As a proud Tassie boy, Jack has been a vocal advocate for a Tasmanian AFL team for a long time. In his role as Culture & Impact Consultant for the Tasmania Devils, he’s canvassed community feedback across the state, promoting the new team and driving engagement from Hobart to Launceston.
Co-Founder
Jack co-founded Tasmanian-based Total Freight Solutions (Formerly RGD Logistics) in 2023. It’s one of the Australia’s leading transport management companies, handling global freight, wharf cartage, local and interstate transport plus 3PL & Warehousing. As you might expect, with Jack at the helm, TFS is committed to delivering proper Tassie service to the world.
Got a mission? Jack’s on it. Over the years, he’s raised more than $100,000 for charities big and small.
Founded in 2015 by the Riewoldt Family, Maddie Riewoldt’s Vision (MRV) raises crucial money for research into Bone Marrow Failure Syndromes. Jack has been involved in the organisation since day dot, raising awareness, launching the #fightlikemaddie hashtag, and organising the annual Maddie’s Match.
In 2021, Jack rode his bike 282km across Tasmania, from Devonport to Hobart, to raise money for Ryan Wiggins, a Tasmanian footy player who suffered a devastating spinal injury during a game. Setting out in December, Jack finished the journey without pinging a calf, and raised $100,000 towards Ryan’s medical treatment.
Over the years, Jack has become one of the familiar faces of the Big Freeze, an AFL partnership with FightMND that raises crucial funds for Motor Neuron Disease. A long-time ice-slide participant, in 2024 Jack led the MCG in song while reliving his iconic Killers stage performance from the 2017 Richmond Premiership.
